All orders are processed during our standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Stock Items: Typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Special Orders: Lead times for non-stock items will be communicated at the time of enquiry.
